About Holly Griffiths

Holly is a Chiropractor registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and a Matwork Pilates Instructor certified with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI). She was inspired to start training to teach pilates as she found that a lot of the rehab exercises she prescribes, for example, for lower back pain, were based around pilates principles. Since starting teaching she has also felt the power of pilates for her own body too, rectifying work aches and pains!

She works as a Chiropractor at Hands On Wellbeing in Cheltenham, Dyer Street Clinic in Cirencester, Courtyard Clinic in Dursley and does home appointments through the Lucie App. She holds pilates classes in Dursley too, which are bookable through Courtyard Clinic.

We emphasise progress, not perfection - supporting clients in their individual journeys. If you have injuries, chronic pain, or physical limitations, you're still welcome here, but please always advise the instructor about these. We offer modifications and gentle progressions to help you move safely and confidently. Whether you're recovering from an injury or managing a long-term condition, we’ll work together to support your body’s needs.
