We approach Pilates as a tool for both strength and support. With a focus on safe, intentional movement, we help clients improve mobility, build stability, and reduce discomfort — whether you're recovering from injury or looking to prevent one.

A 50 minute mixed level pilates class, limited to 12 participants, held at Dean Close Sports Centre, Shelburne Road, Cheltenham, GL51 6HE, on Wednesday evenings at 19:30.

Suitable for all levels.

Please bring your own mat. Any other equipment, e.g. small pilates balls, will be provided.

Parking can generally be found available on Shelburne Road.
​
Classes are generally run in 6 week terms, with payment required upfront for the entire block. Once you secure your spot, you'll have first priority to reserve it for as long as you choose to continue. Each class is £10, making a 6-week term total to £60.

There may be pay-as-you-go spaces available if a regular client notifies us in advance of their absence. Please contact Holly via thepilateschiro@gmail.com if you would like to be on the wait list for such spaces.

We will ask you to fill in a pre-class questionnaire upon registration so we can make the class as safe and suitable for you as possible. We advise you to always take the class at your own pace, particularly if you are suffering with an ongoing injury.
