FEEDBACK
Classes are really hard work ie give me a fantastic workout. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. The pace is really good. Instructor is aware of my health issues, which is comforting. Opportunity is given to adapt some of the exercises if necessary, to allow for individual ability to be taken into account, which is brilliant. Love the variety of props used in classes. Fabulous music. Basically I feel I belong there, in spite of my problems, don’t have to worry about not keeping up or something!

Great Teacher, great group of people and a really fun way to improve my strength, balance and posture. I love how Holly mixes the sessions up - no 2 sessions are the same!
